Nowadays a lot of people decide to do physical exercise to improve their quality of life. Howeber, other people take exrcise incorrectly because they want to obtain benefits in little time.
Because of this, we will analyse some wrong practics in the realization of physical exercise.
First of fall, there re people who think that the more you sweat the more fat you lose. For this reason, they wear warm clothes , they runs during thetest hours, etc...
Another wrong practica is to take exercise to burn calories and also to eat ugar before training to increase their physical performance.
But these prolems can be solued by making people aware tht when you sweat you lose fluid. It´s recowersed fast after training by simply drinking some water and energetc drinks.
Finally is good to eat carboydrates, but not before training because the body produce insuin to dilute the ugar and enter again in hypoglucemia, preventing the loss of fat.
In conclusion, exercise is healtly if it´s done properly and within the means of reach person, it is recmended considering the benefits and not leaving practice when you see the firs results.
